Why does the Torah insert the word "Hashkifah", which generally has negative connotations?

Yerushalmi Ma'aser Sheini, 5:5: 'Come and see how great are those who perform Mitzvos! - 'Hashkafah' (in the Torah) 1 always implies a curse, but here (following the Mitzvah of Matnos Aniyim) it is an expression of B'rachah. Moreover, the Pasuk adds "ha'Yom ha'Zeh" - implying that the B'rachah will follow immediately. 2

What are the connotations of "Me'on Kodsh'cha"?

What is the significance of the multiple B'rachos that the owner is mentioning here?

Ma'aser Sheini, 5:13: "u'Varech es Amcha es Yisrael" - with sons and daughters; 1 "Ve'eis ha'Adamah" - with dew and rain and baby animals; 2 "Ka'asher Nishba'ata la'Avoseinu Eretz Zavas Chalav u'Devash" - so that it should give a sweet taste to the fruit. 3

How does "Eretz Zavas Chalav u'Devash" fit into the Pasuk?

1.

Ramban #1 (citing Rashi): It is as if the Torah had written "ve'Eis ha'Adamah asher Nasata lanu Eretz Zavas Chalav u'Devash 1 ... ka'asher Nishbata la'Avoseinu".

Ramban #2 (citing the Ibn Ezra): ' ... and bless the land that You gave to us, that it should always be a land that flows with milk and honey'.

3.

Ramban #3: It is referring to the land that flows with milk and honey that Hashem promised the Avos - because, even though He did not specifically mention it, seeing as the land was in fact Zavas Chalav u'Devash, it was as if He did.

4.

Oznayim la'Torah: Based on the Gemara in Sotah, which states that due to the sin of not giving Ma'asros, Hashem removed the fat (juiciness) of the fruit, and that due to Taharah (purity), He adds sweetness to it, following his Viduy that he gave all the Ma'asros, and that he not defile them with Tum'ah, it is appropriate for the owner to ask Hashem for the fruit to be juicy and sweet.
