Why did the Torah write "Ki es Kol ha'To'evos ha'Eil" (See Torah Temimah, mote 125) - in Acharei-Mos Vayikra, 18:27, in connection with Arayos and "Kol Asei Eileh" here, in connection with weights and measures?
Bava Basra, 88b: To teach us that the sin of weights and measures is worse than that of Arayos - because, whereas it is possible to do Teshuvah on the latter, it is not possible to do Teshuvah on the former. 1

Why did the Torah write "Kol Oseh Eileh" and not 'Oseh Kol Eileh';?

Targum Yonasan: To incorporate people who indulge in dishonest business practices, whom Hakadosh-Baruch-Hu also detests.
Sifri: To incorporate mixing in different kinds of fruit, even fresh fruit together with old fruit. 1
