What are the the implications of "ha'Rechokos mimcha Me'od"?

Seforno: It refers to lands that are far from the army of Yisrael in its current location and which are therefore very far from Eretz Yisrael.

Oznayim la'Torah: It refers to the seven nations who moved to lands that were far away from Eretz Cana'an, whom Yisrael were permitted to keep alive 1 - because if they moved to a locaion that was close to Eretz Cana'an, they would still influence Yisrael to sin.
