What are the implications of the word "Navi Akim l'cha ... Kamocha"?

Rashi (in Yirmiyah, 1:5): It refers to Yirmiyah, about whom the Hashem said "be'Terem Teitzei me'Rechem Hikdashticha". 1 , and who rebuked Yisrel like Moshe and who like Moshe. prophesied for forth years. 2

Ramban (in Pasuk 21): It implies a Navi who is established like Moshe, does not need to give a sign or to prophesy 3 in order to prove his credentials. 4

Rashbam (in Pasuk 15): It implies a Navi who instructs the people to fulfill the Mitzvos of the Torah. 5
