What is "Lo Yalin min ha'Basar asher Tizbach ba'Erev" referring to?
Rashi #1: It is referring to leaving over from the Pesach 1 until the morning of the fifteenth. 2
Rashi #2 (citing Pesachim, 71b): It is referring to the Chagigah of the fourteenth (that is eaten together with the Korban Pesach). It may be eaten for two days and the intervening night. 3 On the fifteenth, one may not leave it over until the next day.
Rashi: Asher Tizbach ba'Erev ba'Yom ha'Rishon" refers to the fourteenth of Nisan, like we find in Bo. Refer to Sh'mos, 12:15:3:1. See Rashi, who elaborates.

Having already taught the Din of Nosar with regard to the Korban Pesach in Bo Sh'mos, 12:19, why does the Torah repeat it here?
Rashi and Seforno: In Bo, the Torah was referring specifically 1 to Pesach Mitzrayim, whereas here it is referring to all generations. 2
Riva: And the Pasuk in Ki Sissa, Sh'mos, 34:25 which writes "Lo Yalin la'Boker Zevach Chag ha'Pasach" is referring specifically to the Emurim (the Chalavim), which become disqualified through Linah, as Rashi explained there.; whereas here it is referring to the Basar.
Seforno: We might otherwise have thought that the prohibition of leaving over was confined to Pesach Mitzrayim, so that nothing should remain behind when they left Egypt the next morning.
Why does the Torah add the (otherwise superfluous) word "la'Boker"?
Pesachim, 71b: It means 'until the morning of the second day' and it teaches us that the Chagigah of the fourteenth 1 can be eaten for two days and one night - like a regular Shelamim
