Why does the Torah see fit to state the total number (10) of bulls, rams, lambs of the Olah, Chatas goats and the Minchah that the Nesi'im donated?

Targum Yonasan: The 12 bulls corresponded to the 12 princes, the 12 rams, to the 12 princes of Yishmael who will be destroyed, the 12 lambs to the 12 princes of Persia that will be destroyed, the 12 goats came to atone for the sins of the 12 tribes and their Menachos symbolized famine that will come to an end. 1
