Why does the Torah not mention the total percentage given to the Levi'im from the half of the people (like it does the total percentage given from the soldiers to Elazar)?

1.

Oznayim la'Torah (on Pasuk 37): The Torah mentions the details regarding the soldiers' tax exclusively to teach us their righteousness - in that, although war spoils generally belong to the soldiers who risked their lives in battle, in the current case, after giving away one five-hundreth to Elazar as tax, they gave half to the people who did not fight without a word of complaint.
