Targum Yonasan: It means a narrow space between the vineyards. 2
Targum Yonasan: Where Ya'akov and Lavan had set up a pile of stones and a Matzeivah on one side and a watchtower on the other and where they (Lavan and Ya'akov) never to cross over to the other side to do evil to one another.
