Whom does "ha'Makriv Es Dam ha'Shelamim" come to preclude?

Rashi: It precludes any Kohen (belonging to the Beis-Av that is serving on that day) who is Tamei, either when the blood is sprinkled or when the Chalavim are being burned from receiving a portion of the Shelamim.

Rashi #2 (in Chulin, 132b): The Kohen who takes the blood of the Shelamim to the Mizbe'ach (the Holachah) receives the right calf.
