Rashi and Targum Yonasan: It means (not seven punishments for each sin, 1 but) another seven punishments that correspond to the seven sins listed above, should you persist in transgressing them

Ramban: Refer to 26:15:3:3*.

Rashbam: The Pasuk simply means 'many punishments for your sins', 2 and the number seven is not meant literally.
