Which Chukim and Mishpatim is the Torah referring to?
Ramban, Moshav Zekenim and Seforno: "Chukim" refers to the Chukim of Shemitah and Yovel, and "Mishpatim", to the laws of buying and selling that are connected with Yovel.
Why does the Torah insert the phrase "vi'Yshavtem Al ha'Aretz la'Vetach" here?
Why did Rashi explain the end of the verse before the beginning?
Mizrachi: He did so to explain how this is unlike "vi'Yshavtem Al ha'Aretz la'Vetach" in the previous verse.
