What is the definition of "Toshav Kohen" and of "Sachir" ?

Rashi: "Toshav Kohen" refers to a Nirtza 1 - the Eved Ivri of a Kohen who had his ear pierced and was serving another six years, and "Sachir", to an Eved Ivri during the initial six years. 2
