What do we learn from "Pasos Osah Pitim"?

Rashi: It teaches that all Menachos 1 that are baked, they are broken into tiny pieces after baking, before the Kemitzah is taken.

Mizrachi: Really, "Minchah Hi" includes them."Osah" precludes Shtei ha'Lechem and the Lechem ha'Panim.

Rashi: "Hi" precludes Minchas Ma'afeh Tanur.

Why does the Torah add "Minchah Hi"?

Rashi: This incorporates all Menachos 1 in the Din of Yetzikah. 2 However, "Aleha" excludes Ma'afe Tanur. "Hi" teaches that not only Chalos are excluded, rather, even wafers.
