What exactly is a person who declares 'Harei alai Minchas Ma'afeh Tanur' obligated to bring?
Rashi: He is obligated to bring either (10) Chalos or (10) wafers. 1
Moshav Zekenim: According to R. Shimon, he may bring some Chalos and the rest [of the 10] wafers.
What is the difference in how one puts oil on the two kinds of Ma'afeh Tanur?
Rashi: The Chalos are mixed with oil; the wafers are anointed (smeared) with oil..
How much oil does every regular Minchah require?
What does the Kohen do with the leftover oil after he has anointed the wafers?
Rashi #1 (like one opinion in Menachos, 75a): Having anointed the wafers once, like a Greek 'Chaf' (refer to Shemos 29:2:151:1, 29:2:152:1 and the notes on them), he anoints them again and again, until the Log is used up.
Rashi #2 (like one opinion in Menachos, 75a): After anointing the wafers once, the rest of the oil is distributed among the Kohanim who are serving on that day, to eat it.
Why does the Torah write "ba'Shemen" twice?
Rashi: To teach that second and third oil 1 may be used for the Menachos.
Moshav Zekenim (from Menachos 63b): R. Yehudah learns from this that one must bring all Chalos or all wafers. Perhaps this depends on the argument of R. Yoshiyah and R. Yonason (Sanhedrin 85b) about whether "and" implies both together, or even one.
Rashi writes that the second and third oil [that exudes from the olive] may be used for the Menachos. We do not find this Drashah!
Riva: Kasis la'Me'or teaches that Menachos do not require Zach; this is Machshir only the second oil. We need ba'Shemen
