In what way did the Kedushah of the Mizbe'ach manifest itself?

Rashi: In that anything that touched it became Kodesh - to the extent that, even a Pasul Korban was taken up on the Mizbe'ach, it remained on the Mizbe'ach and was burned on the Ma'arachah. 1

Rashbam: What the Torah means is that before approaching the Mizbe'ach or touching it, one should sanctify and purify oneself.

Targum Yonasan: By sanctifying any Kohen who touches it (inaugurating him to perform the Avodah), but not a Zar. 2

Rashi writes that "Kol ha'Noge'a ba'Mizbe'ach Yikdash" teaches that if a Pasul Korban was taken up on the Mizbe'ach, it is offered. Zevachim 9:1 learns this from "Zos Hi ha'Olah"!

Daf Al ha'Daf (Zevachim 83a): Zos Hi ha'Olah teaches only about the primary Korban, but not blood and Nechasim. Kol ha'Noge'a ba'Mizbe'ach includes even these.
