What is the significance of the one loaf, the one wafer and the one oily loaf?

Rashi: They comprise one tenth of each of the three types of loaves that were burnt on the Mizbe'ach together with the ram of the Milu'im.

Seeing as the equivalent Terumah of loaves, as well as the Shok (the calf) were generally given to the Kohen, why were these burned and not given to Moshe?

Rashi: It was a Hora'as Sha'ah

As was the fact that the Chazeh was given to Moshe but not the Shok.
