Whenever it says "Banecha", this excludes women. There is an opinion that women are obligated in Korban Pesach!

Moshav Zekenim citing R. Yehudah Kohen: According to that opinion, here "ul'Vanecha" teaches that even a woman cannot offer Pesach if her sons are not circumcised. 1

Hadar Zekenim answers similarly, but perhaps he means that the verse teaches that circumcising sons is Me'akev the sons from eating; his words are unclear.

Why do we say that Korban Pesach is [only] an Aseh? "U'Shmartem" is a Lav! (Moshav Zekenim citing Sefer ha'Gan.)
