"Al" is written with an Ayin, and we pronounce it with an Aleph!

1.

Radak: The Kesiv hints that they should strike Al (on) those whom your eyes have mercy on them, and all the more so on the others! The pronunciation is like the simple meaning - do not have mercy on the man.

3)

It is written Eineichem, and we pronounce it Einchem!

1.

Radak: The pronunciation is singular, for the Klal. The Kesiv is plural [for the individuals].
