Why does it say "v'Lo Yuchal"?

Radak: They cannot go [to Mikdasho] due to their fatigue from crying.

Rid: They cannot remain [in the Mikdash] due to the war.

Kli Paz: Their god cannot do anything.

Malbim: Mo'av cannot stand against the enemy; also its prayer will not strengthen it.
