What does it mean "b'Tzelem E-lokim Asah Es ha'Adam"?

Hadar Zekenim: "In the form of HaSh-m, 1 He made man." Some say that in one form, He made [every] man. However, this is unlike the Ta'amei ha'Mikra (which connect the word "b'Tzelem" with the word "E-lokim").

Mishnas R. Aharon (Vol. 1, p. 248): The primary form of man is free choice. One who ruins man's choices (entices him to sin) makes him lose his primary form and importance.
