Who are the 'archers' who made Yosef's life bitter, who quarreled with him and who hated him?
Rashi: His brothers, as well as Potifar and his wife, embittered his life (when they incarcerated him), his brothers became his antagonists, and his brothers cast upon him 'arrows of hatred. 1
Targum Onkelos: His brothers ("Ba'alei Chitzim" - who were destined to share their inheritance with him [from the Lashon "Mechtzah, half]) embittered his life, took revenge from him and oppressed him.
Rashbam: Potifar's wife embittered his life and 'shot at him arrows' (caused him to be thrown into jail through Leshon ha'Ra).
Targum Yonasan: He was referring to the sorcerers of Egypt, who quarreled with him and spoke about him Lashon ha'Ra. 5

גור אריה: "וָרֹבּוּ" מלשון רבב- יריית חיצים, והפרוש שהיו יורים בו להנקם ממנו. 1
עיין שם בגור אריה כיצד הוא מיישב לבסוף את שיטת רש"י.
רש"י: שהיו ראוים לחלוק עמו נחלה: למה רש"י נדחק כך באונקלוס?
גור אריה: יש לפרש [לא כרש"י] שה'חץ' נקרא כך משום שהוא מחלק כל דבר שנפגש בו, ולכן החולקים נקראים "בעלי חיצים".
