It says that the thin cows remained thin after swallowing the fat cows. Why does it not say so about the thin ears?

Malbim (to 41:32): Indeed, the bad ears were full after swallowing the good ears. Since Hashem informed Pharaoh via the cows, he prepared for the famine years from the good years, and the good years helped to sustain the famine years.

Pharaoh already said that no one could interpret it! And why did he not mention the Chachamim?

Ha'amek Davar: Pharaoh was asking in astonishment, why could the Chartumim not interpret it? He was not astounded that the Chachamim could not; perhaps they are not wise enough.
