Why does the Torah repeat "Esav Hu Edom"? It already said so in 36:1, and again below in verse 36:19!

Ohr ha'Chayim (to 36:1): Hashem swore to destroy Edom. It is repeated regarding Har Se'ir and the chiefs of Edom, to teach that also they will be destroyed.
