What does "all their hosts" incorporate?

Ramban: The hosts of the earth incorporates all the creations mentioned on the third, fifth and sixth days (including the body of Adam). Whereas the hosts of the Heaven incorporates all that is mentioned on the fourth day, as well as the angels (which, the Ramban says, are directly hinted here for the first time), the celestial beings and the Neshamah of man.

Why is va'Ychulu written without a Vov at the end?

Rosh: Normally, one who makes a great matter omitted something, and needs to fix it later. Here, ha'Kol Kalah 1 (it was totally completed).

I.e. without a Vov, we can join the end of the word to the first letter of the coming word to spell Kalah.
