7. Rava says that if the blood of a Korban is received in a non-sanctified utensil inside the Azarah, there is a disagreement about whether one is liable for offering it outside the Azarah. 12. If one Chatas was slaughtered outside the Azarah and the second Chatas was slaughtered inside the Azarah, there is a Chiyuv. The owner fulfills his obligation with the Chatas that was offered inside the Azarah.

A BIT MORE

1. Rav Ada bar Rav Yitzchak says that both the Tana Kama and Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon agree that wine for Nesachim must be sanctified in a utensil. According to the Tana Kama, if the wine is heaped to the top and some of the wine is above the rim of the utensil, it does not become sanctified. Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon maintains that even the wine above the rim becomes sanctified. Rava brei d'Rabah says that according to the Tana Kama, there is no need at all to sanctify the wine in a utensil, since the Nesachim were brought on a Bamah Ketanah and there was no Klei Shares on a Bamah Ketanah. Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon says that Nesachim were not brought on a Bamah Ketanah, and thus the wine must be sanctified in a utensil.

2. According to Rebbi, Nesachim were not brought in the Midbar. Therefore, when the Torah states that Bnei Yisrael must bring Nesachim when they arrive in Eretz Yisrael, it is teaching that Nesachim must be brought when the Mishkan is erected in Shiloh after the fourteen years of conquest and division of the land is completed. Until that time, since Bnei Yisrael brought Korbanos on Bamos, Nesachim were not required. According to the Chachamim, Nesachim were brought in the Midbar. When the Torah states that when Bnei Yisrael arrive in the land they must bring Nesachim, it is teaching that Nesachim were brought on Bamos Ketanos during the first fourteen years.

3. According to Rebbi Nechemyah, if the blood that remains after the Zerikas ha'Dam of a Chatas ha'Penimis is not poured on the Yesod, the Korban is Pasul. Therefore, one who offers it outside the Azarah is liable. According to Rebbi Akiva, the Korban is valid even if the remaining blood is not poured on the Yesod. Therefore, one who offers it outside the Azarah is not liable.

4. According to the Tana Kama, one is not liable if the Melikah is done outside the Azarah, even if he also offers it outside the Azarah. According to Rebbi Shimon, one is liable for doing the Melikah outside the Azarah. There is another Chiyuv for offering it outside the Azarah.

5. If the Shechitah is done outside the Azarah, one is liable for the Shechitah. If he (or anyone else) offers it outside the Azarah, he is liable for a second transgression.

6. If the Shechitah is done at night inside the Azarah, according to Rebbi Yehudah even if it is placed on the Mizbe'ach it must be removed. Therefore, one is not liable for offering it outside the Azarah. According to Rebbi Shimon, if it is placed on the Mizbe'ach it is not removed. Therefore, one is liable for offering it outside the Azarah.

7. If the blood of a Korban is received in a non-sanctified utensil inside the Azarah, according to Rebbi Yehudah even if it is placed on the Mizbe'ach it is removed. Therefore, one is not liable for offering it outside the Azarah. According to Rebbi Shimon, if it is placed on the Mizbe'ach it is not removed. Therefore, one is liable for offering it outside the Azarah.

8. If the blood was offered on the Mizbe'ach and then offered outside the Azarah, one is liable according to Rebbi Nechemyah, who maintains that if the remaining blood of a Chatas, after the blood has been placed on the Mizbe'ach, is not spilled on the Yesod, the Korban is Pasul.

9. According to Rebbi Nechemyah, if the remaining blood is not spilled on the Yesod, the Korban is Pasul. Nevertheless, he maintains that since the blood was received in two vessels, when the blood from one vessel is placed on the Mizbe'ach it disqualifies the blood in the other vessel from being placed on the Mizbe'ach, and therefore one is not liable for offering it outside the Azarah.

10. Although the blood that was taken out of the Azarah becomes Pasul, the remaining blood is valid. If it is placed on the Mizbe'ach, the Korban is valid.

11. The second Chatas is regarded as a Chatas for a person who achieved atonement with a different Chatas, and the law is that such a Chatas must be left to die. Therefore, one is not liable for offering it outside the Azarah.

12. If both were slaughtered outside the Azarah, one is liable for each one.
