SUMMARY
1. There is a disagreement about whether one fulfills his obligation for a Korban Pesach if he eats only soft sinews which eventually will harden. 2. When an animal suffered a compound fracture of its leg, even if a small piece of the bone broke off, it is Kosher as long as the skin of the flesh covers most of the thickness of the bone. 3. When an animal suffered a compound fracture of its leg, and the flesh which covers the bone is punctured or peeled away from the bone, cracked, or the bottom third layer of the flesh is missing, there is a doubt about whether the animal is Kosher. 4. One who is not disgusted by it may eat the amniotic sac that is found in a slaughtered animal. 5. The hide and amniotic sac of an animal are not susceptible to Tum'as Ochlin, unless the hide was cooked excessively or one had in mind to eat the sac. 6. The hide, bones, tendons, horns, and hooves of an animal do not convey Tum'as Neveilah. 7. According to Rebbi Elazar, if an amniotic sac was partially expelled from the mother animal, it is not permitted with the Shechitah of the mother, even if the majority of the fetus is inside the mother, unless the sac is tied to the fetus. 8. According to Rebbi Yochanan, if the majority of the fetus is inside the mother, the amniotic sac that has been partially expelled is permitted even if it is not tied to the fetus. 9. If a woman miscarries a fetus that looks like an animal along with an amniotic sac, if the fetus is tied to the sac there is no concern for another fetus, but if it is not tied to the sac there is a concern for another fetus. 10. If an animal that has not yet given birth miscarries an amniotic sac, it may be thrown to the dogs because it does not have the sanctity of a Bechor. 11. If an animal that was sanctified for a Korban miscarries an amniotic sac, it must be treated with sanctity and be buried. 12. The miscarried sac may not be buried at a crossroads or hung up on a tree. Those acts are considered to be Darkei Emori.

A BIT MORE
1. According to Rebbi Yochanan, one may join a Chaburah of a Korban Pesach even if his designated is only the soft sinew which eventually will harden. Reish Lakish disagrees. 2. However, if the flesh covering the bone is not contiguous and is in several pieces, or if the flesh is flattened or decayed, there is a doubt about whether the animal is a Tereifah. 3. If a ring of flesh is missing around the fracture, the animal is Kosher, but only if the flesh around the missing ring adheres to the bone, which indicates that it is beginning to heal. 4. The Shechitah of the mother animal permits the amniotic sac only when it was completely inside the mother. If it was partially expelled from the mother, it is considered to have been born and is not permitted with the Shechitah of the mother. 5. Since the hide of a donkey is repulsive, there is a doubt about whether it is susceptible to Tum'as Ochlin when cooked. 6. Even if they are cooked excessively with spices, they do not convey Tum'as Neveilah. 7. There is a possibility that another fetus was already born and the amniotic sac that is partially expelled is the sac of that fetus, while the sac of the fetus inside the womb has been completely expelled. 8. Rebbi Yochanan is not concerned with the possibility that another fetus has already been born. 9. This is in accordance with the view of Rebbi Elazar, who maintains that unless the fetus is tied to the sac, there is a concern for the possibility of another fetus. Therefore, in this case the woman must observe the stringency of having another fetus (and she must observe the fourteen days of Tum'ah for a female) and also the stringency of not having another fetus (and she does not observe any of the days of Taharah). 10. The logic for this is as follows: Half of births are female. Even if it was a male, it may have been a Nidmeh (an offspring which does not look like its mother) which does not have the sanctity of a Bechor. Hence, in a case of doubt the Halachah follows the majority, which does not have the sanctity of a Bechor. Therefore, this sac may be thrown to the dogs. 11. The offspring of a Korban has sanctity whether it is a male or a female. Therefore, it must be buried and may not be thrown to the dogs. 12. Sorcerers used to bury miscarried sacs at crossroads in an attempt to prevent further miscarriages. Therefore, it is forbidden.
