SUMMARY
1. A Yisrael presses the grapes of a Nochri on the Nochri's property in order to sell the wine to a Yisrael. If the house is open to a public domain in a city where both Jews and Nochrim reside, the wine is permitted.
2. If the house is not open to a public domain, but a Yisrael's window or fruit tree is opposite the entrance, or a garbage dump is next to the entrance, the wine is permitted.
3. If the top of the fruit tree is cut off and the tree no longer bears fruit, Rav Acha and Ravina disagree about whether the wine is permitted.
4. In a city where only Nochrim reside and they bar entry to Jewish merchants, the wine is prohibited unless a Yisrael stands guard.

7. A Yisrael buys or rents a house in the courtyard of a Nochri and he fills it with wine. If a Yisrael lives in a different courtyard, the wine is permitted if the Yisrael wine-owner has a key and seal for the wine, according to Rebbi Meir. The Chachamim disagree.

A BIT MORE
1. The Nochri will not touch the wine out of fear that the Yisrael will pass by and see him. However, the wine is permitted only if the Nochri wrote, "I regard it as if I received the money from you."
2. The Nochri is afraid to touch the wine because of the possibility that a Yisrael will see him from the window, from the top of the tree, or from the garbage dump.
3. According to one opinion, the wine is forbidden because the Nochri is not afraid that he will be seen when he touches the wine, since the Yisrael has no reason to climb the tree. According to the other opinion, the wine is permitted because the Nochri is afraid that the Yisrael will climb the tree in order to spot an animal which he lost.
4. It is not necessary for the Yisrael who stands guard to be there continuosly. It suffices for him to enter and exit periodically.
5. According to the Tana Kama, the wine is permitted because the owner of the house is afraid to touch the wine since it does not belong to him. According to Rebbi Shimon ben Elazar, the wine is prohibited because of the concern that the owner of the house will allow the owner of the wine to be Menasech the wine so that when the situation is reversed, he will also be allowed to be Menasech the wine.
6. Since a Yisrael lives in the same courtyard, it is tantamount to a Yisrael guarding the wine (which permits the wine) even if the Yisrael does not own the wine. Certainly in this case, when a Yisrael owns the wine, it is permitted.
7. According to the Chachamim, the wine is permitted only if there is a guard, or if the person who is in charge of overseeing the measurements enters periodically without advance notice.
8. If the Yisrael lives in a different courtyard, the wine is forbidden even if he has a key and seal for the wine.
9. If he would not face criminal charges for touching the wine, one is forbidden to derive benefit from the wine because it is certain that he touched the wine.
