SUMMARY

1. One must stay in Yerushalayim on the first night of Chol ha'Mo'ed Pesach after bringing his Korban on Yom Tov.

2. This also applies to the first night of Chol ha'Mo'ed Sukos.

3. The Gemara discusses how we know that one may offer the Korban of Shavuos for up to a week after Shavuos.

4. The Gemara cites sources for all of the pledges for which one can transgress Bal Te'acher.

5. Rebbi Meir understands that a person transgresses Bal Te'acher even if only one festival passes after he makes his pledge.

A BIT MORE

1. This is derived from the verse that discusses offering a Korban on Pesach, "And you will turn in the morning and you will go back to your tents." This implies that one must stay overnight until the next morning after offering his Korban on the Yom Tov of Pesach.

2. The Gemara says that just as this is true regarding Pesach, so, too is it true regarding Sukos.

3. Some say that this is derived from the fact that one may offer the Korbanos of Pesach for seven days, while others say that this is derived from Shavuos itself which is counted through weeks (of the Omer), and thus its Korban may be offered for up to a week.

4. Some of the sources are simple, such as the sources for the various types of pledged Korbanos that are listed in the verse, "Lo Se'Acher" (Devarim 22:23).

5. However, Rebbi Meir maintains that an entire festival must pass after the pledge. Accordingly, if a pledge is made during Chol ha'Mo'ed Sukos, one does not transgress until after Pesach.
