SUMMARY
1. If an animal conceives and then is Nirva, the offspring may not be offered as a Korban. 2. If wheat which is attached to the ground is worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, it is a Safek if it may be used for Menachos. 3. If a tree was worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, it is a Sakek if a Lulav from that tree may be used for the Mitzvah of the Arba'as ha'Minim. 4. If a tree was worshipped as an Avodah Zarah and a Nochri nullified it, it is a Sakek if a Lulav from that tree may be used for the Mitzvah of the Arba'as ha'Minim. 5. If the blood of a bird or Chayah was covered and subsequently became uncovered, there is no obligation to re-cover it, but if it was covered by the wind and then it was uncovered, there is an obligation to cover it. 6. If an animal was worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, it is a Safek if the horns may be used for trumpets for the Shir in the Beis ha'Mikdash. 7. If a stream was worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, it is a Safek if the water may be used for Nesachim. 8. A Jew's house shares a wall with an Avodah Zarah. The common wall falls down. He may not rebuild the wall within four Amos of the Avodah Zarah. 9. The stones, wood, and dirt of the wall shared with an Avodah Zarah is Tamei like a Sheretz, according to the Tana Kama. Rebbi Akiva maintains that it is Tamei like a Nidah and is Metamei with Masa. 10. If a house was built to be worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, or if a house was worshipped even if it was not built for an Avodah Zarah, it is forbidden. 11. If a house was painted or decorated for an Avodah Zarah, the paint or decoration must be removed. The house is then permitted. 12. If a stone was quarried for the purpose of using it as a base for an Avodah Zarah, it becomes forbidden immediately. 13. If the stone was painted or decorated for an Avodah Zarah, the paint or decoration must be removed, and the stone becomes permitted.

A BIT MORE
1. This is because it is considered as though the fetus was Nirva along with its mother. 2. Since the wheat underwent a change when it was ground into flour, perhaps it may be used for a Korban. 3. If the tree was planted with the intention that it be worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, the Lulav is forbidden even for a purpose other than the Mitzvah of Arba'as ha'Minim. The Safek is in a case in which the tree was not planted to be worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, according to the Tana who maintains that the tree is permitted for a non-Mitzvah use. 4. Even if the tree was planted with the intention that it be worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, since the Avodah Zarah was nullified perhaps the Lulav may be used for the Mitzvah. On the other hand, since prior to the nullification it was disqualified for the Mitzvah, perhaps it remains disqualified forever. 5. However, if the wind covered the blood and it remained covered, there is no obligation to cover it. 6. According to the opinion that the primary Shir in the Beis ha'Mikdash is the music produced by the musical instruments, it certainly is forbidden to use the horn for the trumpets. The Safek is according to the opinion that the primary Shir is the singing. 7. The Safek is whether the person is worshipping the water in front of him which had already flowed downstream, or whether he is worshipping the entire stream. 8. Since the house was worshipped as an Avodah Zarah, it may not be rebuilt next to the Avodah Zarah, because one thereby provides a wall for an Avodah Zarah. 9. All of the stones of the wall are Tamei even though half of them belong to him, because we do not know which stones are his and which stones belong to the Avodah Zarah. 10. This is in accordance with the opinion that an Avodah Zarah becomes forbidden immediately, even before it is worshipped. 11. It is permitted only if the house was not worshipped. If it was worshipped, it is forbidden. 12. It is forbidden only in a place where the base itself is worshipped as an Avodah Zarah. In such a place, the prohibition applies even before an Avodah Zarah is placed on it. 13. Even stones which have decorations chiseled into them are permitted once the decorations are removed.
