SUMMARY
1. One finds a line of birds that were slaughtered by a Kusi. If he gives the Kusi a k'Zayis of the meat and the Kusi eats it, the bird is permitted. 2. If the meat of one of the birds that was slaughtered by a Kusi was given to him to eat in such a manner that he could not know which one was given to him, and yet he eats it, then all of the birds are permitted. 3. If a Kusi bakes Matzah, it is permitted, even on the first night of Pesach, according to the Tana Kama. Rebbi Eliezer maintains that the Matzah is forbidden. 4. If a Kusi is Muchzak to be strict about a Mitzvah which is not explicitly stated in the Torah, there is a disagreement about whether he is trusted with regard to that Mitzvah. 5. Rava maintains that a Yisrael Mumar, who eats non-Kosher meat only when Kosher meat is not available, may be given an animal to slaughter if he is given a knife that was checked and found to be valid. 6. The Chametz of a Yisrael who is known to keep his Chametz over Pesach is permitted immediately after Pesach, because we are certain that he traded his Chametz for the Chametz of a Nochri. 7. A Yisrael who refused to be circumcised, a Kusi, and a Yisrael Mumar are allowed to slaughter an animal.

A BIT MORE
1. A Kusi will not eat meat without a proper Shechitah. He is suspected, however, of giving others to eat from an animal that was not properly slaughtered, because he is not concerned for the Lav of "Lifnei Iver." 2. Otherwise, only the bird from which he ate is permitted, while the others are prohibited. 3. The Tana Kama maintains that a Kusi is trusted to guard Matzah l'Shem Mitzvah, and it may be used even for the Mitzvah on the first night of Pesach. 4. According to the Tana Kama, a Kusi may be trusted only with regard to a Mitzvah written explicitly in the Torah. Raban Shimon ben Gamliel maintains that he is trusted with any Mitzvah that he is Muchzak to keep. 5. If he was not handed a checked knife, but his knife was checked after the Shechitah and found to be valid, the Shechitah is valid. 6. Although he transgressed the prohibition against keeping Chametz over Pesach because of his aversion to a financial loss, since Chametz that is kept after Pesach may not be eaten and there is no financial loss by trading it for the Chametz of a Nochri, we are certain that he will not eat the prohibited Chametz. 7. According to Shmuel, even a Mumar to Avodah Zarah is Kosher for Shechitah. Yehoshafat ate from the Shechitah of Achav and his cohorts, even though they were worshippers of Avodah Zarah.
