SUMMARY
If two people testify about each other that they are Kohanim, they are believed regarding Terumah but not regarding marriage. (1)
Rebbi Yehudah says that if two people testify about each other that they are Kohanim, they are not believed even regarding Terumah.
Tana Kama: If peddlers enter a city and one of them puts down his own produce while praising his friend's produce, he is not believed. (2)
The Rabanan were lenient with Demai, because most unlearned people separate the Ma'aseros.
A potter put his wares down and went to drink from the river. If he has his tools of the trade with him, his wares are Tamei. (3)

A BIT MORE
1. For the purpose of marrying a woman with pure lineage, two witnesses are required.
2. Rebbi Yehudah: He is believed.
3. Since he brought with him his tools, everyone knows that his wares are for sale and they will handle his wares and cause them to become Tamei. However, if his tools are not with him, his wares are Tahor.
4. When the loan document states that the borrower is a Kohen, there is a dispute about whether the witnesses are testifying that he is a Kohen or if they are testifying only about the loan.

BRIEF INSIGHT
THE MITZVAH OF NESI'US KAPAYIM
The Gemara says that a non-Kohen who does Nesi'us Kapayim transgresses a Mitzvas Aseh. The Pnei Yehoshua says that this applies only in the Beis ha'Mikdash, because the Kohanim mention the explicit name of Hashem during Nesi'us Kapayim in the Beis ha'Mikdash. However, outside the Beis ha'Mikdash there is no Torah prohibition for a non-Kohen to do Nesi'us Kapayim other than the prohibition of a Berachah l'Vatalah.
QUICK HALACHAH
A NON-KOHEN FOR THE MITZVAH OF NESI'US KAPAYIM
Nesi'us Kapayim may not be done with less than ten men. The Kohanim are included in the count of ten men. A non-Kohen may not do Nesi'us Kapayim even if there are Kohanim with him. (Shulchan Aruch OC 128:1)
A Chalal is regarded as a non-Kohen and may not do Nesi'us Kapayim. Even if he already went up to the Duchan, he must come down. (Bi'ur Halachah)
