SUMMARY
A person is only Chayav a Korban Oleh v'Yored for a Shevu'as Bituy if his Shevu'ah is on a Davar Reshus. (1) If someone says twice, "I am a Nazir if I eat" he is Chayav Nezirus for every time that he eats. (2) If someone says twice, "I swear I will not eat" he is only Chayav for one Shevu'ah. Rebbi Huna says that if someone vows, "I will be a Nazir today and I will be a Nazir tomorrow" he is Chayav two Neziruyos. Shmuel says that even if someone vows, "I will be a Nazir today and I will be a Nazir today" he is Chayav two Neziruyos. Rebbi Huna says that if someone swears that he will not eat figs and he subsequently swears that he will not eat figs and grapes, the second Shevu'ah is not valid. Rabah holds that if someone swears that he will not eat figs and subsequently swears that he will not eat figs and grapes, the second Shevu'ah is valid. (2) Rabah says that if someone swears that he will not eat figs and subsequently swears that he will not eat figs and grapes, if he eats figs and then separates a Korban and then he eats grapes he is not Chayav a second Korban for the grapes because it is a Chatzi Shi'ur. (3) If someone vows to be a Nazir twice and after he completes the first Nezirus and separates a Korban he is released from the Nezirus by a Chacham the Nezirus that he kept counts for his second vow of Nezirus.
A BIT MORE
1. If he swears to be Mevatel a Mitzvah it is not a valid Shevu'ah. 2. Since the second vow is valid on the grapes it is valid on the figs as well. 3. The second Shevu'ah was that he will not eat figs and grapes together. Therefore he is only Chayav a second Shevu'ah if he eats both a k'Zayis of figs and a k'Zayis of grapes. If after he ate figs he also ate grapes prior to separating a Korban he would have been Chayav two Korbanos, one Korban for each one of the Shevu'os. However, since in this case he separated the Korban prior to eating the grapes we do not combine the grapes and the figs and therefore the eating of the grapes is regarded as a Chatzi Shi'ur.

BRIEF INSIGHT
ONE SHEVU'AH AND A SECOND SHEVU'AH The Mordechai says that if someone makes a Neder twice that this meat should be forbidden to him for 30 days the second Neder is not valid. However, if someone swears twice that he will not eat meat for thirty days the second Shevu'ah goes into effect and he may not eat meat for 60 days. The Chasam Sofer explains that the difference between a Neder and a Shevu'ah is that when a person swears he uses the name of Hashem. Since we do not assume that a person uses the name of Hashem in vain we therefore assume that the second Shevu'ah is referring to a different thirty days than the first Shevu'ah.
QUICK HALACHAH
ONE SHEVU'AH AFTER ANOTHER If someone vows twice that he will be a Nazir both Neziruyos are effective and he must be a Nazir twice. A Shevu'ah after a Shevu'ah does not go into effect; if someone says twice that he will not eat a loaf the second Shevu'ah is not valid. However if he is released by a Chacham from the first Shevu'ah the second Shevu'ah goes into effect. (Shulchan Aruch YD 239:14)
