SUMMARY
1. If a dying man said, "Give the money owed to me by Reuven to Shimon," his statement is valid.
2. The Gemara discusses what happens when a dying man who gave away all of his possessions has a miraculous recovery.
3. The Gemara discusses what happens when the dying man pauses for a while when he is giving out these gifts.
4. The Gemara asks whether a dying man who dedicated all of his possessions to Hekdesh and then miraculously recovered must honor his pledge.
5. The Gemara asks a similar question about a person who dedicated all of his possessions to charity, or made them ownerless.

A BIT MORE
1. This cannot be done by a healthy man unless all three parties (the dying man, Reuven, and Shimon) are present (and it can then be done through Ma'amad Sheloshtan).
2. If he gave away all of his possessions and then recovered, he receives all of his possessions back, since it is clear that he gave them away only because he thought he indeed would die.
3. If he gave away some of his possessions and then paused, and then later gave out the rest, all of his possessions are deemed to be given even when he recovers. However, this is only if the people to whom he gave his possessions already made a Kinyan on them. If they did not yet make a Kinyan, the gifts are invalid after he recovers.
4. Do we say that since it is Hekdesh, he did this with intent that even if he miraculously recovers he will give the money? Or do we say that just as it is not a gift if he gave away all of his possessions people, it is not a gift if he gave it all away to Hekdesh?
5. The Gemara leaves these questions (4-5) unanswered ("Teiku").
