SUMMARY
1. Just as Terumah Gedolah should be separated with a generous eye, Terumas Ma'aser should be separated with a generous eye.
2. Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Yosi says that when one designates Terumas Ma'aser from dried figs on behalf of fresh figs, the proportion of Terumah should be evaluated by number.
3. Terumah may be separated from fresh figs on behalf of dried figs only in a place where it is the custom to dry the fresh figs.
4. If a Kohen is available, Terumah should not be separated from dried figs on behalf of fresh figs even if it is customary to dry the fresh figs.
5. All Menachos should be kneaded with warm water and be guarded so that they do not became Chametz.
6. Even the Shirayim of a Minchah may not be made into Chametz.
7. If one makes a Minchah become Chametz, he transgresses a separate Lav for every step: the kneading, shaping, and baking of the Minchah.
8. A Chatas must be slaughtered in the north of the Azarah, like an Olah.
9. The Se'irei Chatas brought by the Nesi'im for the Chanukas ha'Mishkan were not slaughtered in the north.
10. The Se'irei Chatas brought by the Nesi'im required Semichah, according to Rebbi Yehudah. Rebbi Shimon disagrees.

A BIT MORE
1. Terumah Gedolah has no Shi'ur mid'Oraisa, but it should be given with a generous eye. It may be separated by estimation and with Machshavah. Terumas Ma'aser is compared to Terumah Gedolah. Although the Torah gives a Shi'ur of a tenth, it may be separated by estimation and with Machshavah, and it should be given with a generous eye.
2. Although dried figs comprise less volume than fresh figs, since the dried figs can be cooked and their original volume restored, they may be designated by number.
3. Even if no Kohen is available, fresh figs should be separated, because it is customary to dry the fresh figs and thus they will not rot before a Kohen is located.
4. When a Kohen is available, the Terumah should be separated from the best produce, which is the fresh figs. However, when a Kohen is not available, Terumah should be separated from the produce which will stay and not rot, which is the dried figs.
5. All Menachos must be brought as Matzah, with the exception of the two breads of Shavuos and the breads of the Korban Todah.
6. Even though the Shirayim are eaten by the Kohanim, a Gezeiras ha'Kasuv states that they may not be made into Chametz.
7. There is even a separate Lav for patting the dough down with water.
8. If a Chatas is not slaughtered in the north of the Azarah, it is Pasul.
9. Since they were not brought for a sin, they were not slaughtered in the north like other Chata'os.
10. According to Rebbi Yehudah, the Torah required Semichah for the Se'irei Chata'os of the Nesi'im. Nevertheless, it was not necessary to slaughter them in the north.
