SUMMARY
1. One who benefits from the ashes of a Parah Adumah is not Chayav for Me'ilah. 2. The money for a Par He'elem Davar and a Se'ir Avodah Zarah is collected from the public, according to Rebbi Yehudah. Rebbi Shimon says that they are bought from the Terumas ha'Lishkah. 3. If the Kohen Gadol died and no successor was appointed, a whole Isaron is offered for the Minchas Chavitin in the morning and in the evening. 4. Aba Yosi ben Dustai says that one Kometz of Levonah is used in the morning and in the evening for the Minchas Chavitin brought by the Kohen Gadol. The Rabanan say that only a half of a Kometz of Levonah is used. 5. If the Kohen Gadol died and no successor was appointed, although a whole Isaron is brought for the Minchas Chavitin, the same Log and a half of oil and half of a Kometz of Levonah is brought. 6. All Menachos are brought as Matzah, with the exception of the two breads of Shavuos and the breads of the Korban Todah. 7. Rebbi Meir says that a little flour is taken from the Isaron of flour of each of the two breads of Shavuos and the breads of the Korban Todah and is made into sourdough. That sourdough is used to make all of the flour become Chametz. 8. Rebbi Yehudah says that sourdough is taken from a different source and counts towards the Shi'ur of the Isaron for each of the two breads of Shavuos and the breads of the Korban Todah.

A BIT MORE
1. When the Rabanan saw that people were acting disrespectfully with the ashes of the Parah Adumah, they enacted a Chiyuv Me'ilah for one who benefits from the ashes. When the Rabanan saw that people were avoiding Haza'ah with the ashes in situations of doubt out of fear of transgressing Me'ilah, they repealed their decree. 2. These Korbanos are purchased from the public funds, even though each individual, when he gives his Machtzis ha'Shekel for the purpose of buying the public Korbanos, does not have in mind the Par He'elem Davar or Se'ir Avodah Zarah, since one does not have in mind that the Tzibur will sin. 3. During the lifetime of the Kohen Gadol, one Isaron is divided, and half is offered in the morning and the other half in the evening. However, in the absence of the Kohen Gadol, an entire Isaron is brought in the morning and in the evening. 4. The logic of Aba Yosi ben Dustai is that a half of a Kometz of Levonah is never used for anything. The logic of the Rabanan is that one Isaron of flour never necessitates two Komtzim of Levonah. 5. According to Aba Yosi ben Dustai, an entire Kometz of Levonah is brought in the morning and in the evening. 6. The Torah prohibits offering Chametz on the Mizbe'ach. The two breads of Shavuos and the breads of the Todah are Chametz, but they are not placed on the Mizbe'ach. 7. According to Rebbi Meir, the sourdough must be made from some of the flour of the Isaron and not from any other source, so that there will not be more than an Isaron of flour for each bread. 8. According to Rebbi Yehudah, the sourdough is taken from elsewhere, and it is not made from some of the flour of the Isaron, because it must be sufficient for making the entire Isaron into Chametz.
