SUMMARY
1. It is forbidden to shear wool or to do Avodah with Pesulei ha'Mukdashin (a Korban which developed a Mum and was redeemed.)
2. If one lets blood from an animal and the "Dam Kilu'ach" (streaming blood) comes into contact with food, the food does not become susceptible to Tum'ah.
3. If one slaughters an animal and the blood splashes onto a pumpkin, Rebbi says that it is susceptible to Tum'ah. Rebbi Chiya says that it depends on other factors.
4. Rav Papa explains that according to Rebbi, it is regarded as Shechitah from beginning to end, and therefore the blood is Machshir immediately. According to Rebbi Chiya it is regarded as Shechitah only at the end.
5. Rav Ashi explains that Rebbi Chiya is in doubt about whether it is regarded as Shechitah from beginning to end, or whether it is regarded as Shechitah only at the end.
6. There is a doubt about whether flour of Menachos which did not come into contact with liquid can become Tamei Min ha'Torah to be Metamei other items.
7. Food is not susceptible to Tum'as Sheratzim or Tum'as Mes, unless it comes into contact with liquid.
8. If grapes are harvested for the purpose of bringing them to the wine press, according to Shamai they are susceptible to Tum'ah. Hillel originally disagreed with Shamai, but he retracted his opinion.
9. The blood of Kodshim and the water that is used to wash the Korbanos do not make the meat of the Korbanos susceptible to Tum'ah.
10. The Etzim and Levonah used in the Beis ha'Mikdash are susceptible to Tum'ah.

A BIT MORE
1. However, it is permitted to derive benefit from the blood of Pesulei ha'Mukdashin.
2. When blood is let from an animal (for medicinal purposes), the blood at first drips out ("Sheses") and then it streams out ("Kilu'ach"), and subsequently the blood blackens. The blackened blood is the blood of the Nefesh of the animal, and only that blood is Machshir.
3. Both Rebbi and Rebbi Chiya agree with the Rabanan that the blood of Shechitah is Machshir if the blood was on the pumpkin for the entire duration of the Shechitah.
4. According to Rebbi Chiya, the blood is Machshir only if it was not wiped off from the pumpkin before the Shechitah was completed.
5. If the blood was wiped off from the pumpkin before the end of the Shechitah, there is a doubt about whether it was Machshir. Since there is a doubt about whether the pumpkin is Terumah, when it comes into contact with Tum'ah it is not burned.
6. Although food cannot become Tamei without first coming into contact with liquid, Hekdesh is an exception, because Chibas ha'Kodesh is Machshir it. However, there is a doubt about whether, Min ha'Torah, Chibas ha'Kodesh merely causes it to become Pasul, or whether it makes it Tamei to be Metamei others.
7. Tum'as Mes cannot be learned from Tum'as Sheretz and vice versa, because each one has a stringency that the other one does not have. Nevertheless, there is a Yitura in the verse to be Marbeh both Tum'as Mes and Tum'as Sheretz.
8. The liquid which was expelled was not desired, and it drips to the ground. Only liquid which the owner desires is Machshir. Nevertheless, the Rabanan decreed that it is Machshir because of a concern that one might harvest grapes in a sealed container.
9. Water that is detached from the ground is Machshir only mid'Rabanan; the Rabanan did not apply their Gezeirah in the Beis ha'Mikdash. Therefore, the water that is used to wash the Korbanos does not cause the meat of the Korbanos to become susceptible to Tum'ah.
10. Even though Etzim and Levonah are not fit for eating, Chibas ha'Kodesh causes them to become susceptible to Tum'ah.
