SUMMARY
1. According to Shila, accepting a Parah Adumah or a donation for the Mishkan from Nochrim is forbidden. 2. According to Rebbi Eliezer, a Korban may not be bought from a Nochri because of the concern for Revi'ah. 3. If a pregnant animal gores and kills a Yisrael, or was Nirva, neither the animal nor its offspring may be brought as a Korban. 4. If an animal gores and kills a Yisrael, or was Nirva, and subsequently becomes pregnant and gives birth, there is a disagreement about whether the offspring may be brought as a Korban. 5. Only a male animal may be brought as a Korban Olah. On a Bamas Yachid, a female animal may also be brought as an Olah. 6. Rebbi Yochanan maintains that only an animal younger than three years becomes sterile as a result of Revi'ah. 7. If a cow or a donkey was bought from a Nochri and it is not known if it had given birth previously, if it is three years old when it gives birth we can be assured that this is its first birth.

A BIT MORE
1. However, if a Jewish middleman acquires the Parah Adumah or the donation from the Nochri first, it may be accepted from him. 2. However, if the animal was guarded from the time it was conceived to insure that there was no Revi'ah at all even with the mother, one is permitted to buy the animal for a Korban. 3. If the animal gored or was Nirva in front of one witness or in front of the owner, the animal is not put to death since there are fewer than two witnesses. However, it is Pasul for a Korban. 4. According to the Rabanan, since the animal was not yet pregnant at the time of the goring, or of the Revi'ah, the offspring may be brought as a Korban. According to Rebbi Eliezer, the offspring may not be brought as a Korban. Rava maintains that according to Rebbi Eliezer, the offspring may be brought as a Korban if the mother was Chulin at the time that it gored or was Nirva. Rav Nachman maintains that according to Rebbi Eliezer, even if the mother was Chulin at the time of the goring or the Revi'ah, the offspring may not be brought as a Korban. If the animal was Hekdesh at the time of the goring or of the Revi'ah, the Rabanan agree that the offspring may not be brought as a Korban. 5. However, it is forbidden to bring a female animal for an Olah on the Bamah Gedolah, such as the Bamah in Nov and Giv'on. 6. Therefore, an animal which is three years old or older may not be bought from a Nochri for a Korban. There is a concern that he was Rove'a the animal. 7. If it gave birth to a male, the offspring is a Bechor and must be given to the Kohen, because a cow or donkey never gives birth before the age of three. However, if it is more than three at the time of birth, there is a doubt whether it is a Bechor. Therefore, it should be allowed to pasture until it develops a Mum. Then, it may be eaten by the owner, because a Bechor Ba'al Mum is permitted to non-Kohanim.
