SUMMARY
1. If one designates money for the purchase of a Minchas Kena'os or for a Chatas and, after the purchase, there is money left over, it is to be used for a Nedavah. 2. All Menachos offered she'Lo Lishmah are valid, with the exception of a Minchas Chotei and a Minchas Kena'os. 3. All Korbanos offered she'Lo Lishmah are valid with the exception of a Chatas and a Pesach. 4. An Asham that was sent out to pasture and was slaughtered as a Stam Korban is a valid Olah. 5. If the Asham had not yet been sent out to pasture but was slaughtered as a Stam Korban, it is not a valid Olah. 6. Rav says that if the Minchas ha'Omer is offered she'Lo Lishmah, it is Pasul, since it is offered in order to be Matir the Chadash and it failed to do so. 7. An Asham Nazir or an Asham Metzora brought she'Lo Lishmah is Pasul, since it is brought to be Machshir and it failed to do so. 8. If a Yoledes brought her Chatas before she died, but not her Olah, her heirs must bring her Olah. If she brought her Olah but not her Chatas, her heirs do not bring her Chatas. 9. If a Nazir designated money for his Korbanos without specifying the particular Korbanos the money would purchase, it is forbidden to benefit from the money. If one did benefit from the money, he is not Chayav for Me'ilah. 10. If a Nazir designated money for his Korbanos without specifying the particular Korbanos the money would purchase and then he died, a Halachah l'Moshe mi'Sinai states that the money is to be used for a Nedavah.

A BIT MORE
1. The money is placed in one of the Shofaros (collection boxes) in the Beis ha'Mikdash on which is written "Nedavah." The money from there is used to purchase Olos which are brought on the Mizbe'ach when the Mizbe'ach is idle. 2. The Torah states "Hi" with regard to a Minchas Chotei and a Minchas Kena'os. This implies that it must be offered Lishmah, and if it is not offered Lishmah it is Pasul. 3. Even an Asham offered she'Lo Lishmah is valid. Even though the Torah states "He" with regard to an Asham, that word is stated with regard to the burning of the Eimurim. Even if the burning of the Eimurim is dispensed with entirely, such as if the Eimurim became lost or Tamei, the Korban is valid and may be eaten. 4. When the owner of an Asham fulfilled his obligation with a different animal, the first animal must be sent out to pasture until it develops a Mum. It is then sold and the proceeds used to buy an Olah. If one did not wait for it to develop a Mum and slaughtered it as a Korban, it is a valid Olah. 5. Since the animal had not yet been sent out to pasture, it was still regarded as an Asham, not an Olah. It becomes a valid Olah only if it is slaughtered explicitly l'Shem Olah, but not if it is slaughtered Stam. 6. The Minchas ha'Omer is not included in the general principle that any Minchah offered she'Lo Lishmah is valid, with the exception of a Minchas Chotei and a Minchas Kena'os. The reason why the Minchas ha'Omer is not mentioned as one of the exceptions is that a Minchas ha'Omer is a Minchas Tzibur, it is brought with a Zevach, and it is brought at a fixed time, as opposed to other Menachos. 7. An Asham Nazir is Machshir the Nazir Tamei to start counting his Nezirus Taharah. An Asham Metzora is Machshir the Metzora to enter the Machaneh. 8. Her Chatas is not brought after her death, because the Chatas of a person who died is not brought after the owner's death. Rather, it must be left to die. 9. Since he did not specify which Korbanos would be purchased with the money, all of the money could have been used for his Shelamim. Therefore, there is no Chiyuv Me'ilah, because one who benefits from a Shelamim is not Chayav a Korban Me'ilah unless he benefits from the Eimurim after the Zerikas ha'Dam. 10. If the Nazir specified, before he died, which Korbanos would be purchased with the money, the money for the Chatas must be cast into the Dead Sea, and there is no Chiyuv Me'ilah for one who benefits from it. The money for the Olah is used for an Olah, and there is a Chiyuv Me'ilah. The money for the Shelamim is used for a Shelamim, and there is no Chiyuv Me'ilah.
