SUMMARY

1. If a person cuts off both Pe'os of his head at once, or he cuts off all five Pe'os of his beard at once, he is Chayav Malkus for each Pe'ah.

2. If a person swears falsely that he will or will not eat, or that he did or did not eat, he is obligated to bring a Korban Oleh v'Yored.

3. If a person momentarily forgets that he is Tamei and he eats Kodesh or enters the Mikdash, or he momentarily forgets that the food is Kodesh or that the place is the Mikdash, he is obligated to bring a Korban Oleh v'Yored.

4. A person who is standing inside a house on Shabbos, who takes an item out of the house, or who is standing outside a house and brings an item inside the house, is Chayav.

5. A Metzora who develops the Nega of Se'es or its Toldah, or Baheres or its Toldah, must bring a Korban when he becomes Tahor.

6. If a person swears that he will eat a loaf of bread that day and he fails to eat it, Rebbi Yochanan and Reish Lakish agree that he is exempt from Malkus, but for different reasons.

7. If a person breaks a bone from a Korban Pesach which is Tamei, he is exempt from Malkus.

8. If a person leaves over the flesh of a Korban after its allotted time, Rebbi Yehudah and Rebbi Yakov agree that he is exempt from Malkus, but for different reasons.

A BIT MORE

1. Even if he received only one Hasra'ah, he is Chayav Malkus for each Pe'ah that he cuts, whether he cuts them all at once or he cuts them Toch Kedei Dibur of each other.

2. Rebbi Yishmael says that he is Chayav a Korban only for swearing falsely that he will or will not eat, but not for swearing about the past.

3. Rebbi Akiva says that he is Chayav a Korban only if he forgets that he is Tamei, not if he forgets that it is the Mikdash.

4. If he does it b'Shogeg, he brings a Korban Chatas. If he does it b'Mezid, he is Chayav Sekilah, provided that there are witnesses and Hasra'ah. Otherwise, he is Chayav Kares.

5. A Metzora must bring three Korbanos on the eighth day of his Taharah.

6. Rebbi Yochanan maintains that he is exempt from Malkus because the Aveirah entails no action. Reish Lakish maintains that he is exempt from Malkus because it is a Hasra'as Safek.

7. The prohibition against breaking the bone of a Korban Pesach applies only to a Korban which is Tahor.

8. Rebbi Yehudah exempts him from Malkus because the Mitzvas Lo Sa'aseh against leaving the flesh over is reparable with the Mitzvas Aseh of burning it. Rebbi Yakov exempts him from Malkus because the Aveirah entails no action.
