1. On 88b it says that we don't do kibus at all on Bigdei Kehuna because "ain aniyut b'makom ashirut." Yet the Mishna on 92a that says if chatat blood got on a beged it needs kibus, and presumably this is talking about Bigdei Kehuna.
2. The Gemara says on 94b that a beged that blood of the chatat spilled on, and then went outside and became tamei should be torn, brought back inside and washed. Yet how can it be washed, and presumably used again if it would have to be sewn up yet the gemara on 88a says that the bigdei kehuna were not sewn?
Similarly, the same Mishna on 94b says that a kli that became tamei outside the mikdash should be changed enough that it is tahor, brought inside and then "washed" inside the mikdash, and presumably reused. Yet the gemara on 88a says that kli kodesh that were "nifgimu" or deformed should not be fixed and reused?

The washing of the blood of a Korban Chatas is needed for the blood itself; it is not done in order to re-use the garment. Certainly, the garment that was torn is no longer valid, but still we must extract the blood, because the Torah gives us a Mitzvah to do so.
