Rashi: 'Hashem's Face will light-up when He looks at you and treat you graciously'.

Seforno: 'Hashem will enlighten you with the Light of His Face to perceive wonders from His Torah 1 and from His deeds. 2

Targum Yonasan: Hashem will shine His Face upon you when you study Torah and reveal hidden things to you, and treat you with compassion'.

The Seforno does not explain "Viyechuneka".

Now that you have flour (Refer to 6:24:1:1*), you will also have Torah.
