What was Pharaoh referring to when he said, "Acharei Hodi'a Elokim Osecha Es Kol Zos"?

Ramban #1: Now that both Pharaoh and the people liked the interpretation, they considered it as if it had already transpired.

Ramban #2: He was referring, not only to Yosef's success in interpreting his dream, but also to success in interpreting the dreams of the chief butler and baker, as the chief butler had told him. 1

Rosh (to 41:14): Pharaoh tested Yosef about every matter. He told "I saw cows...", and Yosef said, "they looked nice and healthy" ... 2

Hadar Zekenim: Gavri'el taught Yosef the 70 languages.

Ohr ha'Chayim: Since Hashem informed all of this to you, you have Ru'ach Elokim, which is greater than Navon and Chacham.

Malbim: After Hashem informed all of this to you, no one will give a different way to run the country; only your counsel will be fulfilled. Ha'amek Davar - Just like Hashem gave the dream to Pharaoh, for it is within his power (to store food), since Hashem told you, everything will be run through you. 3

Hadar Zekenim: Yosef knew the dream better than Pharaoh said it. Pharaoh said "Dalos v'Ra'os," and Yosef said "Dakos v'Ra'os."

Ha'amek Davar: Similarly, in Ta'anis 21a, R. Yochanan inferred that since he heard the voice from Heaven, it is meant for him [to be leader].

QUESTIONS ON RASHI

Rashi writes: "As for seeking a wise and discerning man, as you said... we will find none like you!" How do we know that Pharaoh is referring back to Yosef's advice (41:33)?

Gur Aryeh: If Pharaoh's intent was merely to praise Yosef, he should have focused on the way Yosef surpassed all the others - 'there is none like you with the spirit of G-d!' That was how Pharaoh lauded Yosef before his servants, in the preceding verse (41:38). In this Pasuk, he is responding to Yosef's advice, saying that none is more qualified than he to guide Mitzrayim during the famine.
